   Our flour tortillas are made from scratch directly from our tortilla machine & baked as soon as you order

   Our vegetables are selected fresh every day

   Our chicken and steak are marinated with only natural ingredients and are grilled to order

   We use outside skirt steak for all steak orders

   We do not use any oil in preparing our sauce, rice & beans
